Placeholder (or not?) name for now: Fredians

A concept sketch for a species I had in mind for about a year now and started working at two days ago together with Mene.
I know- everyone was waiting for it. Waiting for me to finally design a parrot related species and now...now it's not DRAGONS? Defok Syvaender. Fuck off with your stupid semicreepy birbhumanoids.
Yeh as if anyone ever actually thought that. 
My dragons have been increasingly parrot influenced but I'm not yet ready to design the Keadragon of my dreams. We'll see. It's coming. I'm sure of it. Just not now, haha. Anyways. Hope you enjoy this fella despite him being no dragon c:
